Rotary Fly Ash Bricks Plant mainly consists of following Equipments:

1.Pan Mixture:

Pantype Mixer of required Batch Capacity is supplied along with the Plant to mix the Raw Materials like Fly Ash, LIME, GYPSUM, SAND OR STONE DUST (Cement), Water etc homogeneously. Sidewall & Bottom of the Pan Mixer is fabricated from Branded Mild STEEL Material with specific measurements.Importance to the guarantee to the life of the machines and Easy maintenance. Make Crompton gears and motors Crompton / kirloskar / Siemens. Fly ash Mixing: Standard steel scrapper with Heavy rollers. Fly ash mix 500 kg Batch Capacity of mixer –fly ash 40% , stone dust/ sand 40% ,lime 10%-15% ,gypsum 5%,cement 2.5%,water 10% India‘s first design to avoid manual discharge mechanical door open to hydraulic door open.

2.Mixed Material Belt Conveyor:

Belt Conveyor is provided to transfer the Mixed Materials from Pan Mixer to the conveyor loading Hopper to Hydraulic Brick machine hopper. The parts like channel Structure & steel Idler Roller are fabricated from TATA & VIZAG Steels Structural Materials. Moving Parts like Steel Idlers Rollers, motorized gear belt driving steel Rollers Oxford or plycon synthetic Rubber Conveyor Belt is provided with M24 grade, 3 Ply Rating, Endless.

3.Rotary Hydraulic Brick Machine

Rotary Hydraulic Brick Machine is fabricated from Window Type Plate of Specific thickness to withstand the High Pressure applied on Bricks. Bricks Press created about 6 to 8 MT pressure on each Bricks to make it Very Strong & easy handled. Bricks Press operated PLC control based automatically Panel & Hydraulic Power Pack. Prefilled Technology is provided to ensure Fast & Reliable work for Long time. Hydraulic Cylinders are made with Standard materials, workmanship & accuracy. Feeder fan is provided to ensure quick filling of raw materials in mould cavity. Proximity auto limit switch control is used to complete the auto cycle.

4.Hydraulic Power Pack:

Hydraulic Power pack of required sum capacity & other Hydraulic Accessories like Hydraulic Pump, Direction Control Valves, Pressure Control Valves, Pressure Gauge, Oil Level Indicator etc is provided along with the Plant. Hydraulic Power Pack supplies Hydraulic Oil with required Pressure & Quantity as per required to complete the Pressing Cycle. Most of the accessories used in Power Make are manufactured by YUKEN & Polyhydron.

5.Electric Panel Board:

Hydraulic Power pack of required sum capacity & other Hydraulic Accessories like Hydraulic Pump, Direction Control Valves, Pressure Control Valves, Pressure Gauge, Oil Level Indicator etc is provided along with the Plant. Hydraulic Power Pack supplies Hydraulic Oil with required Pressure & Quantity as per required to complete the Pressing Cycle. Most of the accessories used in Power Make are manufactured by YUKEN & Polyhydron.
